◐ Mechanical Design

Our design engineers possess the expertise to take into account various factors when designing the camera module, such as its shape, size, structure, power consumption and heat dissipation. ◐ Materials Quality Control

Camera modules are sophisticated devices that integrate a wide variety of components. The image sensors, lenses and FPCs need great attention. Weinan Electronics pays close attention to every link in the manufacturing process with strict operating standards.

The image sensor is the core component of a camera module. Our camera module solutions adopt the well-known sensor brands, such as OmniVision, Sony, Onsemi, Galaxycore, Novatek, Silicon, etc.

Scratches, dirts, electrostatic damage are the main bad phenomenon of lens. The main control method is to prevent backfilling and overlapping between the lenses in the turnover process, using professional turnover tools, anti-static positioning of the worktable and workers.

Deformation, bending, line breakage and the dirty gold finger are the main poor performance of FPC. The main reasons are improper packaging, turnover, illegal operation and not timely replacement or cleaning of gloves.

◐ Manufacturing Environment Management

The manufacturing environment is critical to the quality of the finished camera modules. The assembly of the camera modules needs to be manufactured in a dust-free environment. The higher the cleanliness of the dust-free workshop, the more conducive to reducing the dust and dirt on the sensor and lens.

Weinan Electronics does better in terms of the environment, from SMT to packaging are carried out in dust-free conditions, and the work purification table reaches the level 10 standard, which provides a guarantee for improving yield and quality.

Anti-static is also an important thing which is paying close attention by us. Static electricity is easy to accumulate on the surface of the lens and sensor. To avoid any electrostatic damages, ion fans and other equipment need to be added to the key workbench to remove static electricity. Other workbenches, workers and equipment need to be well grounded and checked regularly.
